we are Jc revival

At JC Revival Landscaping, we don’t just care for land—we honor it. Our company was built from generations of labor, love, and legacy. Founded by Shelby Perkins and Tony Newby, JC Revival is more than a landscaping company; it’s a movement rooted in faith, family, and the transformative power of hard work.

Tony comes from a proud heritage of Hispanic & Latin farming communities, and Native American ancestry, people whose deep connection to the land was born from centuries of cultivation, survival, and reverence for nature. Shelby’s roots run just as deep, springing from Appalachian outlaws and African American way-makers who carved a path forward with nothing but grit, faith, and a fierce belief in what could be.

Though we came from different walks of life, we both heard the call to work with our hands and hearts early on. But it wasn’t until faith, prayer, and divine timing brought us together that we realized our calling wasn’t just individual—it was joint. JC Revival was born from that moment of clarity. And from that day on, we've been building something bigger than just beautiful yards—we're reviving the spirit of integrity-led, community-centered service.

With more than 15 years of combined experience—backed by a team whose individual knowledge often doubles that—we bring unmatched skill, pride, and innovation to every project. But what sets JC Revival apart isn’t just our craftsmanship. It’s our mission.

We approach every property with new eyes and a fresh perspective, offering year-round, creative, and custom solutions tailored to each home and client. From luxury-level lawn care to seasonal décor and proactive property maintenance, our services are designed to surprise, uplift, and last. We don’t follow trends—we create new standards.

Faith is our foundation, but judgment has no place here. We operate with love, excellence, and honesty—letting our work, our word, and our walk do the talking.

At JC Revival, we believe that revival starts from the ground up—literally and spiritually. And with every yard we touch, we’re sowing beauty, legacy, and hope into the land… just like those who came before us.
